Olives

The King of Lebanese Table

The table olives are commonly presented in the Lebanese cuisine as a starter. Olives are the fruit cultivated from the olive tree which is cultivated as well for olive oil, fine wood, olive leaf, and the olive fruit. Most harvested Lebanese olives ar turned into oil, and the rest are used as table olives.

Our Production Line includes: Washing, stemming, sieving, sorting, pitting, slicing and pasteurizing. At Maalouf Industry 8 Trading s.a.l., Olives are packed in glass containers for retail consumption and in plastic containers for Horeca (catering). Olives are preserved in oil or in Brine (salt, water & citric acid).
